From NC to the Moon. Celebrate a milestone for the NCSSM community. This fine art print honors alumna Christina Koch and the Artemis II mission with the original unmodified design by legendary art teacher Joe Liles.
The net purchase price for all prints will be donated directly to the Joe Liles Visual Art Fund, which directly benefits the studio art program and current student-artists at NCSSM.
The Artist: Featuring the original unmodified design by founding NCSSM instructor Joe Liles. His hand-drawn execution is beautifully apparent in the rich linework and abundant, intricate dots used for shading. These glorious idiosyncratic elements, richly captured from a high-resolution scan of the original drawing, highlight the extraordinary ability of the human hand.
The Quality: Professional, archival-grade UltraChrome Pro10 pigment inks on premium fine art paper.
